This morning I woke up with strange feeling in the belly. The kind of feeling that you have to go to the toilet, RIGHT NOW!! On the toilet the diagnoses was very clear; Tourista or Bombay belly. Was it the lamb stew, the tap water I drank, or just off-road stress? I go for a combination of the first two. Anyway it is a mild form, don’t need to be within 5s from the boring room.
We drove from today TOZEUR to SBEITLA. Bad weather, I had to close all ventilation openings my jacket and it was still cold. the board computer indicated 17°C and there was a lot of wind, for tomorrow the forecast is 30°C and sun, yes!!!!!
Traffic wise it was an interesting day. First I disobeyed a police stop sign, thank god they have strict orders not to mess with the tourists. Then on a roundabout a truck was parked, “strange I thought I better slow down”, when I passed the truck I almost hit an police officer who was talking to the driver on the middle of the road. He was a good sport, he laughed and saluted.
SBEITLA is famous for its roman ruins as you can see on the pictures. We found also (by its odour) a dead cat that was literally moving by the maggots inside. Although the electrical distribution in general is pretty good in my opinion, you can see some exceptions.
