RMZ: Matmata 2

Yesterday we finished our day with dinner in the hotel, good simple food , but a lot. Russian portions it seems.

Today we went for a drive in to the dessert to chase camels on our bikes and do some off-road driving. we found a nice road of 50 km long with the right degree of difficulty. Me, I was a bit nervous about the sand, I never really drove on sand before. After a few km I got the feeling and small stretches of sand were no longer a problem. We drove in the 3th gear and still we had to go slow on the accelerator to avoid wheel spin.

When mike drove alongside to exchange a few words he got distracted and crashed his bike. Thankfully we drove at low speed and the were no damage to his bike :-).

But this is really fun, and it tastes for more.
